Choose your rental period

Choose the dates you would like to rent. This will allow you to see the estimated pricing of the specific unit. Rentals start at 1 week and can go up to 1 year.

Select your equipment

Browse our inventory to see the units we have available. Add your selected units to your cart to confirm your order and receive a rental agreement from us.

Book and Reserve online

Finally, you can go to the checkout to confirm your quote. Shortly there after, you will receive a rental agreement from our Rental Department with final pricing.

  • Renting equipment from our business is a straightforward process; Straight to the point! Begin by browsing our extensive inventory of single and double reach forklifts. Some additional features may be available like freezer units. Order pickers available with wire guidance and dockers available with freezer capacity settings, and much more. Once you have selected the equipment you need for your project, submit a rental request or contact our team. We will work with you to confirm availability, discuss rental terms, and provide you a rental aggrement. After we have agreed on the details, we will arrange for the equipment to be delivered to your project site. When your rental period is completed, we will coordinate for the equipment  to be picked up.

  • With your rental we provide a planned maintained service every 45 days; free of charge.

    In the event that the rented equipment experiences a breakdown, please contact our service department immediately or use our Unit Down? page to summit a request. We have a dedicated service team ready to assist you. Depending on the issue we will arrange for repairs as needed. The repair and maintenance costs for equipment issues that are not a result of misuse or neglect will typically be covered by our business. Please refer to our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions regarding equipment breakdowns and maintenance.

  • Yes, you have the option to extend the rental period if your need lasts longer than initially planned. To do so, please contact our Rental Department as soon as you anticipate the need for an extension. We will work with you to arrange the necessary documentation and adjust the rental terms accordingly, possibly offering a long term rental discount. Keep in mind that equipment availability may vary, so it is a good practice to notify us as soon as possible to ensure the continued availability of the equipment you need. We understand that equipment needs can change, and we are here to support your business evolving needs.

  • Yes, we do offer discounted rental rates to our 3rd party renters.
